Work your way through a menu of five traditional tapas dishes to be prepared and served up among good company. Chef Jenny teaches on traditional techniques, flavors, and ingredients to elevate any tapas night.
Chef Jenny invites you in with marinated mushrooms. Then, you will handcraft Spanish meatballs and top with a perfectly complementary almond sauce. Next, marinate and sauté shrimp to create divine flavors. You will then create palmiers for a Spanish twist on a French classic. End with skewers of meats, cheeses, and vegetables in cornichons dipping sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
