In this class, Chef Curt focuses on four popular pasta dishes and how to prepare them correctly. He will cover how to ensure the proper doneness of pasta, as well as other do's and dont's of pasta making.

First, learn how to assemble a perfectly refreshing salad to cleanse your palate and serve as a precursor to the divine pasta making experience to come. Then move on to learning the secrets of bolognese, carbonara, arugula pesto, and a spicy tomato cream sauce that will infuse your delicious pasta creations.
