WHAT YOU’LL DO

Take a tour of San Francisco's finest farmers' markets with Chef Lisa and then prepare and enjoy a 4-course feast!
Take a tour of the Ferry Building Farmer's Market (Saturdays) or Fort Mason market (Sundays) and learn how Chef Lisa goes about picking produce, cheeses, and proteins for her meals. She'll then take you back to a private cafe in downtown San Francisco and together you'll prepare a delicious, satisfying four-course meal based on your preferences and the bounty you gathered during your shopping excursion. The price includes the tour, all ingredients purchased at the market, a cooking class, and a four-course meal.

Chef Lisa invites guests to bring their own beer or wine for the class and meal.

Your Menu

Cheese Plate
Chef Lisa will teach you to build a beautiful cheese plate using a selection of cheese from the market, as well as a ricotta that you'll make
Salad
Using fresh and seasonal produce, you'll learn to make a hearty and colorful salad
Entrée
Based on what is in season as well as your personal preferences, Chef Lisa will teach you to make a well-rounded plate
Dessert
Love fruit or chocolate desserts? You'll learn to make a simple and delicious treat to finish the meal.

I booked Chef Lisa's Land & Sea summer buffet with my friends in my community room and was amazed by the quality of the food and her presenting it to us and serving our 16 guests. Chef Lisa is a very seasoned chef and you see it in everything she does in the kitchen. In addition to this full-service catering menu, we had also booked her drop-off menu and both were fantastic.
