Join Chef Jeff and learn the expert techniques cultivated especially for succulent seafood dishes. You will use a variety of fruits of the sea and accrue the best techniques for shaping them into delicious, flavor-forward dishes.
Chef Jeff demonstrates how to operate a smoker to infuse seafood with that highly sought after live fire smokiness that perfectly garnishes any type of seafood. In addition, you will learn how to peel and devein shrimp, concoct scrumptious sauces to accompany your dishes, and how to plate them in a beautifully creative manner.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
