Mexican cuisine is full of life. Chef Jeff knows that some of the best parts about Mexican food are the sauces that enliven it. Begin by learning the three classics that elevate any Mexican dish.
Next, learn how to brew a batch of the ultimate Mexican comfort food: chicken tortilla soup. Move onto the method of properly cooking flank steak, as well as the correct way to slice the steak for the most tender, juicy piece of meat. End the night with a traditional, custardy homemade salted caramel flan.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jeff's personable and easy going nature made learning from him an incredible experience.
