Let the splendor of sushi surround you as Chef Adam unrolls sushi’s secrets. Starting from scratch, you will learn the key to proper sushi rice, knife skills, fish butchering, fryer technique, and of course, how to roll like a pro. Chef Adam makes the process of handcrafting these poppable morsels possible for anyone!
In addition to the planned menu, each class will receive bonus materials, such as edible flowers, micro greens, and banana leaves. Chef Adam spares no expense, bringing an array of authentic Japanese plates, bowls, chopsticks, and mats.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Adam’s lively stories and creative culinary spirit lead some very captivating cooking classes. His skills were honed from on-the-job training, starting as a roundsman at Stephan Pyles’ FishBowl. His most formal training comes from a period of intense study with a private instructor in Hong Kong and a cooking school in Thailand, shaping his specialties of sushi, curries, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisine. Let Chef Adam take you on a delicious journey!
