Cooking Class - Sweet and Savory Spanish Tapas
Join Chef Sachet in this interactive hands-on cooking class as she utilizes her vast cooking experience while introducing you to a variety of authentic Spanish tapas over four courses.
Begin by making Romesco flatbread peppered with olives, garlic and feta, then learn the step-by-step basics of making paella at home with a focus on Spanish chorizo and fresh prawns. Next, Chef Sachet will show you how to make lollipop chicken with peri peri sauce, and end with a classic Spanish dessert: Churros with Mexican hot chocolate shots.
