Chef Wearing a Mask (Upon Request) Learn how to make pasta from scratch and prepare an incredible Italian meal.
In this interactive cooking class class, Chef Sachet will take you step by step through the pasta-making process. You'll start with two simple ingredients — flour and eggs — and learn how to transform the dough into different shapes and styles to create fun, yet classic dishes.
Begin with tomato and mozzarella bruschetta, then Chef Sachet will share her techniques for handcrafting a pasta staple: Fettuccine. You’ll learn how to dress up this Italian favorite with a flavorful sauce to create the heart of your three-course meal. Finish off with a traditional tiramisu that will melt in your mouth.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Sachet was great! Her energy was awesome and she kept things moving really nicely. My partner and I had both made pasta before but were looking to improve our knowledge and skills and she did just that. We also learned some great kitchen tips and tricks along the way. While we did not mind it, we did not end up receiving the dessert. Somebody else might have been upset about it. Also, a note for the company...I thought I had selected a different menu option but apparently I did not make selection at all. Interface for the website could have been better basically.

Chef Sachet was wonderful! She was super friendly and a great teacher, we created a delicious meal together, and she shared incredibly helpful kitchen tips that I'm going to be incorporating into my cooking from now on. Definitely hoping to do another class with her in the near future.

Chef Sachet was amazing! She taught us recipes that were easy to incorporate into everyday life while also making meals that impress. And she was so nice and fun! At the end we all enjoyed a meal and a glass of wine together and i felt like she was a friend :) Definitely recommend!!!
