Cooking Class - Bake and Bond Together - Family Fun in Northern Virginia

*This review has nothing to do with the Chef Charles.* Our lesson was canceled today. We had called ahead that morning and had been told that the class was still going to happen, despite the weather etc. We drove all the way out to it on a Sunday morning and had not been contacted by anyone at Cozymeal that our lesson was canceled because of technological difficulties they were having that were confusing they tried to explain to us. They said they had connectivity issues and electricity issues. This was a Christmas present to my husband and it was terribly disappointing that they canceled and did not offer to reschedule. We were supposedly given a refund. Will not rebook.

Class is good for beginners. Ramen noodles were good. Eggs were inconsistent. Mine was undercooked and my partners was hard boiled. Instructions were a bit fast. Final product tasted fine but we did not do our own broths. We also did not get instructor that we signed up for. A bit disappointing in the end.

The chef was nice but I didn’t feel like I learned how to use the knife properly. I did not receive much feedback and had no idea if I was learning anything. I did get to practice using a nice sharp knife but not sure the skills are transferable to my home kitchen.

It was such a great class. I learned so much and can't wait to replicate the dishes at home.

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

the instructor was Fantastic!

"Great chef cook instructor. Fun ambience and learned a few things. Enjoyed it a lot!"

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

taken many classes, this so far is the best, easy and delicious. chefs are so good and make it fun and easy!!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

Terrific class taught by Molly! Can't believe I actually made edible crepes! The whole menu was great!

Great time! It was a simple enough meal to learn that helped us both expand our palette and culinary repertoire. Recommend for all.

My husband and I had such great time. We have been wanting to take a cooking class together and highly recommend it.

Loved our cooking class. Learned A LOT ! Very hands on.

Loved the menu and the class taught by Molly! I have already made the entire meal for friends at home!

Ethan's passion for cooking shows & made the class educational & fun! We look forward to seeing him again as well as the helpers. Thank you for sharing your passion to cook!

It was so much fun! Learned several techniques from Chef Miguel and the food was amazing. I believe the small class size helped. I would recommend this class.

Excellent class. Good food, great instruction.
