In this class, Chef Kathy teaches you how to make ravioli from scratch. Be in awe as you mix up the delectable filling for your ravioli, and then assemble it so that the presentation is pleasing to the eye, and the senses. Whip up a crisp Italian salad with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes, and even homemade dressing. Chocolate budino will be your final course. This Italian dessert is part pudding, part cake and one you probably never thought to make on your own!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
