Shape delicate crab-filled ravioli in this fun, hands-on cooking class with Chef Jerry.

In this cooking class, you’ll learn how flour type and ratios affect fresh pasta dough as you prepare ravioli-style cappelletti with eggs and olive oil. You’ll fill each piece with a savory crab mixture made with cream cheese, parsley, scallions and Old Bay then create silky Hollandaise with lemon and Dijon.

You’ll also make chive oil with garlic and chili flakes while practicing emulsification, heat control and creative plating techniques. This class is hands-on, delicious and proof that pasta night can be way more exciting than another takeout box. Book your spot today!

I've worked with Chef Jerry several times over the last few years. He's shown me a lot of unique techniques and skills that I still use today and pass on to other newer chefs. He always brings a fun, relaxed atmosphere to the table and is great at building a light-hearted camaraderie with his team.

Unfortunately this was a poor experience for me and others in the class. We started an hour late with no prior notice, and the whole thing was an unorganized mess. Non food grade cooking surfaces flaking paint into our food. No recipe provided, talked to fast to understand, cramped tight space etc etc. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this for anyone.

I felt like he himself was very nice, but the class was very unorganized. There were only 10 people there and I feel like he couldn’t keep track of 10 people. I was missing half the ingredients on my gnocchi and it just was kind of a letdown because I feel like I kept having to ask instead of him, just telling you what you needed to do next and he’s supposed to be the one teaching the class definitely not worth the money unfortunately.
