The beauty of learning to prepare authentic Italian food the correct way is that you do not need to go out to a restaurant when you experience a craving. This is where Chef Kathy comes in with the fundamental methods plus a few tricks to help you perfect each sumptuous course and surprise friends and family with your new culinary chops. You will find yourself transported to Italy with a hands-on experience where you can fully immerse yourself in a truly distinct fare.

Chef Kathy begins the class with the enticing dish parmigiano reggiano followed by a sumptuous salad composed of shaved fennel with tempting orange and candied almonds. The course continues with a mouthwatering tagliatelle with savory ragu bolognese before ending on a sweet note in the form of a tiramisu that is fit-for-the-gods.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

WOW Great experience--She was a great host and excellent teacher. She truly loves what she does and is good at it. I would easily recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent night learning how to cook Italian food.

This was the first cooking class that I've ever attended so I can't compare it to another but I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. The best compliment I could give is that I would definitely do it again. It was a joy learning from Chef Kathy.
