We cooked seared scallops with champagne beurre blanc and pommes anna. This was with Chef David Berdeski. It was such a fun class! Great environment and loved, loved, loved the food. Thank for an awesome experience!

This class was a gift to my wife as we just celebrated out 35th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the class. The steps were easy to follow, and the food was delicious. We now can bring some fun Ramen making back to our family of 4 kids, who absolutely love Ramen. The downside was the size of the class. It was a bit crowded at the tables, and it felt like instructing that many people got a bit chaotic. Other than that, my wife and I had a fun time.

Had a great time making sushi. Learn a lot about how to properly build a roll and make a shrimp tempora. Worth it!
