Create adorable Japanese sushi in this cooking class with Chef See.

In this cooking class, you’ll transform simple sushi ingredients into playful edible characters while learning the foundations of Japanese sushi making. You’ll prepare perfectly seasoned sushi rice, practice rolling techniques and decorate colorful creations that are almost too cute to eat but not quite.

You’ll gain confidence using nori, fresh fillings and creative garnishes to build picture perfect sushi with plenty of personality. Along the way you’ll pick up tips for shaping, slicing and presenting your designs while enjoying a relaxed social setting because smiling at your sushi is completely encouraged.
