In this cooking class, you’ll make fresh egg tagliatelle from scratch, mixing flour, eggs and olive oil before kneading, rolling and cutting tender ribbons of pasta. You’ll also learn how to prepare burro nocciola with browned butter, crisp sage, garlic and Parmigiano Reggiano for a cozy Northern Italian finish.
