Roll California and veggie sushi in this fun, beginner-friendly sushi making class.

This sushi making class in Memphis is your chance to stop ordering California rolls and start rolling your own. Chef Ebony will guide you through the basics of sushi with approachable steps, fresh ingredients and zero judging if your first roll looks more like a burrito.

 

You’ll fill nori sheets with avocado, cucumber, imitation crab and Japanese mayo for a classic California roll, then build a colorful vegetable roll with carrots, cucumber and avocado. Expect laughter, tasty bites and plenty of “wait, I actually made this?” energy. Bring your appetite, your favorite people and your best chopstick confidence with you.
