We made lobster rolls on fresh baked bread, smash potatoes, salad and crustless blueberry pie. It was very, very fun and food was delicious! The only downside was that we were given such a tiny portion of lobster (some couples ended up with larger lobster tails, but some were tiny), the chef bolstered this tiny portion with langostino but still no way that could be for 2 people. This resulted in our lobster mixture swimming in the butter/ghee because the ratio was so far off. When we cut in to the bread to add the lobster, it looked ridiculous, itty bitty lobster in the bread. However, overall, it was a lot of food with the potatoes, salad and dessert. Maybe they should just have each couple make 1 roll and split it. But, again, it was delicious! The chef was great and walked around to give advice to each couple throughout the class.
