Cook your way through a relaxed Italian summer menu in this interactive cooking class in The Woodlands. With Chef Boris or a resident chef leading the way, you'll prep grilled marinated steak with scallion gremolata, make crispy polenta bites topped with arugula pesto and Pecorino and toss together a late summer salad. You'll finish with a rustic plum and almond crostata while picking up practical techniques for grilling and baking. This cooking class in The Woodlands is a great way to practice a seasonal Italian menu from start to finish.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Steak, fries, salad, creme brulee. Enjoyed making garlic aoili, compound butter, vinegrette salad dressing, and the brulee. This class was a gift certificate. I enjoyed it very much. Will most likely schedule another class in pastry making.

This was a lot of fun. Although I thought it was silly that they crowded us all together with another couple. It felt like too many cooks in the kitchen. And it wasn’t the romantic experience we were hoping for. Two table were empty and it would have been the same amount of food. A few more dirty dishes is all. The couple we were with felt the same way.

Chef Mukta was great. Explained all the spices and how to use properly.
