Master simple cake decorating techniques such as properly filling and using a piping bag to create signature cakes with both American and Swiss buttercream. In addition, you will discover the secrets behind forming impressive decorative accents such as rosettes and domes, roses, and borders in the detailed shapes of pearls and shells.
Chef Kim will also guide you through the process of properly using icing to create written messages. As a bonus, you’ll have the opportunity to prepare homemade cupcakes with your choice of sinful chocolate or tempting vanilla.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
