Went to Taco Tuesday Culinary event put on by a professional chef in a brand new commercial kitchen. Food was amazing. Really got some great hands on experience, Great tips on knife skills as well as properly preparing veggies. Very insightful. Left with full confidence that I can prepare a perfect taco Tuesday or any day! They provided menus with full recipes. Space was well laid out for everyone to have plenty of room to prep. We’ll definitely be checking out future culinary events to continue to hone skills.
