This cooking class is your official permission slip to get your hands covered in flour and pretend you've been making pasta in a Northern Italian farmhouse your whole life. Join Chef Gregory for a fully hands-on experience at a local Tulsa taproom where you'll mix, knead, roll and cut fresh egg tagliatelle from scratch, the traditional way, no box of dried pasta in sight. Then comes the real magic: burro nocciola. You'll brown butter to nutty, golden perfection, crisp fresh sage leaves and add a whisper of garlic before tossing everything together and burying it in a snowstorm of Parmigiano Reggiano.
