Enjoy a New England-inspired evening in this hands-on cooking class in Boulder. You'll prepare a classic Connecticut-style lobster roll using homemade brioche, then build a butter lettuce salad with radishes, cucumbers and a buttermilk herb dressing. On the side, you'll make sea salt and vinegar smashed potatoes and finish with a crustless blueberry pie and a refreshing raspberry lime rickey. Chef Ashley or a resident chef will guide you through seafood preparation, baking and balanced flavor techniques. This cooking class in Boulder is perfect for a memorable date night experience.

We took a French cooking class with baked chicken, potatoes, steamed artichoke, and lemon crepes. I've been wanting to learn how to make crepes for a while. We had a great time and Chef Andy was very knowledgeable.
