Join Chef Davis for a fun pasta-making class where you’ll craft raviolo or classic ravioli from scratch.

This cooking class is your chance to finally master homemade ravioli. Start by mixing flour, eggs and salt into a smooth dough, then roll it into silky sheets by hand. Prepare a creamy filling of ricotta, spinach, Parmigiano Reggiano and egg yolk before learning how to fill, seal and shape each piece with confidence. Finish your pasta in a luxurious butter and sage sauce, lightly enriched with cream and topped with grated Parmigiano and cracked black pepper. Book your class and taste the difference homemade makes.
