Dive deep into authentic Italian pasta-making in this immersive hands-on cooking class with Chef James. No machines required – you'll learn traditional hand-shaping methods and professional cooking techniques that bring restaurant-quality pasta home.

Start with classic bruschetta featuring vine-ripened tomatoes on house-baked crostini. Work with semolina-egg dough to create multiple traditional pasta shapes using only your hands. Prepare two complementary sauces: a rich prosciutto preparation with figs and toasted pine nuts, plus vibrant marinara bursting with fresh basil. Practice professional sautéing methods at the finishing station. Create authentic tiramisù dessert from beginning to end, layering coffee-soaked ladyfingers with sweet mascarpone. We made multiple sushi dishes. Prior to that, we had miso soup, which was the best I've had! James was awesome, explaining everything step by step

We did the Japanese Sushi and More class with Chef James for our date night, and it was amazing! We had so much fun, and Chef James was great! He showed us techniques, gave up tips, showed us when we needed help, and none of it felt rushed or hurried. We were able to make whatever rolls we wanted to make, and we each made probably 3 or 4 rolls, which was PLENTY. We had a starter, main course, and desert. I will definately do more classes in the future, and would HIGHLY recommend Chef James!
