Learn the art of sweet potato crème brûlée in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Stephan. You'll master the delicate techniques that transform simple ingredients into an elegant French-Caribbean dessert perfect for impressing dinner guests.

First, you’ll roast and purée sweet potatoes for natural sweetness, infuse cream with warm island spices and master delicate tempering techniques for a silky custard. Get ready for the fun part and take the torch into your own hands to create a glass-like caramelized crust using a sugar-spin technique. You’ll make 2–4 individual ramekins to bring home to loved ones and take home a laminated recipe card to recreate the magic at home. Book this class today!

My girlfriend and I had a great time learning from chef stephen as he guided us on how to make pasta from scratch. He was very responsive in answering any questions we had and he’s very knowledgeable. Loved that it was truly made on our own, chef may verbally have given advice but he was not over involved, really let us do it which was nice. The bruschetta and tiramisu which already comes prepared was delicious. Would be fun to learn how to make those as well, but had a great experience overall also cooking the past and making the sauce and extra toppings ourselves. Would highly recommend!
