Cook a full seafood-focused menu in this hands-on cooking class in Naples. Learn how to achieve crispy skin salmon with lemon and dill butter, steam mussels marinières and perfectly poach shrimp. You’ll also watch a fish butchery demonstration with tasting and prepare a mixed green salad with goat cheese and olive vinaigrette. Chef James or a resident chef will guide you through proper heat control and timing. This cooking class in Naples is ideal for anyone who wants to feel more confident cooking fish and shellfish.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We attended the Tuscan Pasta Dinner cooking class and it was great. Our chef, Victoria, was fantastic. She provided some great tips for making pasta that I wasn't aware of. The food was delicious and we came home with some great recipes!
