Cooking Class - Flavorful Bulgogi and Banchan Feast

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 4-course meal.
Develop restaurant-style Korean cooking skills from scratch.
Cook a full Korean BBQ-style meal in this interactive cooking class in Westlake (Cleveland). With guidance from Chef Matthew or a resident chef, you’ll grill bulgogi beef, assemble lettuce wraps and prepare traditional side dishes including cucumber salad, quick kimchi and japchae. You’ll also make steamed egg and rice. This cooking class in Westlake (Cleveland) focuses on flavor layering, timing and understanding the role of banchan in Korean cuisine.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
