Experience the complete art of Italian pasta-making in this comprehensive hands-on cooking class with Chef James. You'll craft traditional hand-formed pasta shapes without machines, learn professional sautéing techniques and create an authentic Italian feast from start to finish.

Begin with fresh bruschetta made from scratch with ripe tomatoes, basil and garlic on house-made crostini. Learn to make semolina-based pasta dough and master various hand-formed shapes including traditional Italian techniques passed down through generations. Discover the art of creating two distinct sauces: prosciutto with fig, pine nuts and brown butter, plus classic marinara with fresh tomatoes and basil. Work at the sauté station to experience fine dining pasta techniques. Finish by making tiramisù completely from scratch with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream.
