What You’ll Do

Roll fresh sushi, sip craft beer and learn the basics in a fun, hands-on class at a modern brewery.

In this fun sushi-making class, Chef Tony shows you how to roll like a pro. You’ll start with the unsung hero of great sushi: properly seasoned rice. Once that’s dialed in, you’ll learn simple knife skills and prep shortcuts that make the whole process feel way less intimidating.

From there, it’s hands-on and highly snackable. Roll up California-style hand rolls packed with nori, sushi rice, imitation crab or cooked shrimp, avocado, cucumber and sesame seeds, then move on to fresh veggie rolls with colorful vegetables and a smooth finish of cream cheese. The class takes place inside a modern brewery, so expect a relaxed, social atmosphere where you can sip a drink, laugh a little and enjoy what you make. Book your cooking class today!
