As the pasta cooks, you’ll learn practical tips that actually stick, including how to get the right texture and why fresh pasta hits differently than anything from a box. To finish, you’ll toss your handmade noodles in a cozy garlic butter sauce with olive oil, Parmesan and fresh herbs that lets all your hard work shine.
