What You’ll Do

Craft classic chocolate truffles plus delicate crêpes in this hands-on dessert class.

Indulge your sweet side in this hands-on dessert experience with Chef Emmanuelle at a local Las Vegas venue. The class begins with a modern twist on chocolate truffles, where you’ll blend avocado, maple syrup, cocoa powder and coconut oil into a truffle base. You’ll shape the mixture into bite-sized pieces and finish them with a cocoa dusting.

Next, you’ll switch to traditional chocolate truffles, learning how semisweet chocolate, cream and butter come together to create a ganache. While your truffles chill, you’ll step into French pastry territory by making classic crêpes, mastering batter consistency and pan technique. Book your spot today!

Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience. Guests must be 21+ to attend.

10 out of 10 experience that I highly recommend! We attended the Italian class with the bruschetta, chicken marsala, mushroom risotto and tiramisu . The food was delicious and it was so fun cooking it! Emmanuelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave excellent cooking tips and we had leftovers! I will for sure be back for another lesson to learn a new cuisine!
