Join Chef Michael for a hands-on cooking class exploring the contemporary flavors of modern Spanish fare. Tour the region of Andalusia through its vibrant, culinary culture.

Begin by learning how to expertly fill dates with crunchy almonds and salty blue cheese before wrapping them in bacon and roasting to perfection. For the main course, you'll prepare chicken roasted in the Spanish style and paired with the flavors of chorizo, spinach and potatoes. Bake a classic apple tart for dessert accented by a sweet saffron-orange sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michael is a really interactive instructor and definitely learned a lot from his class! The appetizer (Roasted Dates Wrapped in Bacon) was really simple to prepare but a really delicious combo. The Spanish roasted chicken had a lot of components and was filling and a good blend of flavors. Lastly the dessert was the perfect ending to the meal.

Chef was accommodating to dietary needs. My party and I enjoyed the experience. Wish it was a little longer but over all good. I thought there was going to be more hands on or techniques for everything, but instead, everyone did a little bit of everything. So instead of me learning how brown the chicken should be, I was cutting up apples instead. I wish the food was warm by the time we ate it. (Wasn’t as warm by the time we got to sit an eat) Good experience over all though!
