Join Chef Michael for a hands-on cooking class exploring the contemporary flavors of modern Spanish fare. Tour the region of Andalusia through its vibrant, culinary culture.
Begin by learning how to expertly fill dates with crunchy almonds and salty blue cheese before wrapping them in bacon and roasting to perfection. For the main course, you'll prepare chicken roasted in the Spanish style and paired with the flavors of chorizo, spinach and potatoes. Bake a classic apple tart for dessert accented by a sweet saffron-orange sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
