Cooking Class - Classic Bread Workshop

What You'll Do

Bake bread from start to finish in a supportive class setting.

Build confidence with bread baking in this fun cooking class in Boulder. Led by Chef Ashley or a resident chef, you’ll create whole wheat country bread with olives and herbs, mini baguettes and flaky buttermilk biscuits, served with homemade honey butter. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We took a French cooking class with baked chicken, potatoes, steamed artichoke, and lemon crepes. I've been wanting to learn how to make crepes for a while. We had a great time and Chef Andy was very knowledgeable.
