Encourage your teen to explore baking as a creative skill in this cooking series.

Designed for ages 12 and up, this hands-on cooking series in Naples gives teens five focused days to dive deep into advanced baking and pastry skills. Guided by Chef James or a professional chef instructor, students will work with pâte à choux, pastry cream, tart dough and laminated pastry while learning the science behind doughs, emulsions and caramel. From St. Honoré cake and fruit tarts to artisan breads and croissants, this cooking series in Naples helps teens build precision, patience and confidence through real pastry techniques.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a blast! The food we prepared was as a group. Two chefs, two groups. The group table we were part of totaled 10. The other table was a very large group, all employees of the same company so it seemed like too many people but other than that, it was fun and the dishes we prepared were absolutely delicious. The chef's were fun and would highly recommend this experience opportunity.
