What You’ll Do

Give your child five days of cooking, baking and creativity in this hands-on cooking series.

Inspire creativity and confidence in this interactive cooking series in San Antonio created for kids ages 7-11. With step-by-step instruction from Chef Miguel or a chef instructor, students will mix doughs, prepare fillings and practice frosting and decorating techniques. Over five days, they’ll cook chicken nuggets and loaded fries, bake donuts and focaccia pizzas and design a sprinkle-covered cake from start to finish. This cooking series in San Antonio focuses on hands-on learning while helping kids understand timing, texture and presentation.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
