What You’ll Do

Help your teen stay engaged with daily global cooking projects in this cooking series.

Explore international cuisine in this fun cooking series in Darien for teens ready to level up their cooking skills. Over five days, students will cook recipes like birria tacos, handmade tortellini, fish and chips and chicken souvlaki while learning how different cultures approach flavor and technique. Guided by Chef Royale or a resident chef, each session builds toward a final-day challenge that brings everything together. This cooking series in Darien is a great way for teens to expand their palate and cook with confidence.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

We had so much fun with Chef Royale! Dim sum date night was a gift for my partner who loves Asian cuisine but we’re sometimes a little intimidated by the technique. Chef made it extremely easy and approachable. We are very excited to make dim sum at home! Highly recommend this class!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!
