Chef Kevin and Chef Ginny are fun together and clearly knowledgeable about sushi and tempura-making. One downside is that our session was quite chaotic and took a little while to get going.

Terrific beginners sushi class with lots of hands-on practice making a variety of dishes. Chefs Kevin & Ginny were very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and encouraging teachers. We had a great time!

Chef Ginny and Chef Kevin are a husband and wife sushi chef team. Together they have worked at many restaurants such as Sakura Bana in Downtown Boston, the Sushi House in Concord and Roka in Harvard Square.Ginny and Kevin use the freshest ingredients to create an event to satisfy cravings and appetites with the finest Japanese cooking around.
