Terrific beginners sushi class with lots of hands-on practice making a variety of dishes. Chefs Kevin & Ginny were very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and encouraging teachers. We had a great time!

I took my boyfriend to Chef Ginny and Chef Kevin's sushi making class. We had a blast! The class was smaller sized, so Ginny and Kevin were able to coach us individually on how to improve our sushi rolls. The class was the perfect balance of informative and laid back. I definitely reccomend this class to whoever wants to learn about making sushi and wants to have a fun time while doing it.
