What You'll Do

Give your child five days of international cooking fun in this cooking series.

Designed for ages 7-11, this hands-on cooking series in Boulder takes young chefs on a five-day journey through global flavors. Guided by Chef Ashley or a chef instructor, kids will explore dishes inspired by Mexico, Asia, Italy, France and classic American comfort food. Along the way, they’ll practice knife safety, seasoning and balance, dough shaping and basic heat control while cooking meals like chicken tostadas, soba noodles, fettuccine Alfredo and croque monsieur. This cooking series in Boulder helps kids build confidence and curiosity through hands-on cooking every day.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

We took a French cooking class with baked chicken, potatoes, steamed artichoke, and lemon crepes. I've been wanting to learn how to make crepes for a while. We had a great time and Chef Andy was very knowledgeable.
