Sign your teen up for four days of skill-building in this hands-on cooking series.
Designed for ages 12 and older, this hands-on cooking series in Melbourne gives teens four focused days to build the core techniques behind great cooking. Guided by Chef Dante or a professional chef instructor, students will practice emulsions, sauce-making, knife skills, dumpling shaping and advanced baking and decorating. From eggs Benedict with hollandaise to dan dan noodles, dumplings and a fully decorated berry cake, this cooking series in Melbourne helps teens gain confidence, precision and control in the kitchen.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

With a lifelong passion for cooking, Chef Dante began his culinary journey at an early age, helping in the kitchen and taking every available cooking course. After graduating, Chef Dante pursued higher education in the culinary arts while working full-time at a prestigious hotel. His extensive experience includes working at various esteemed establishments, continually honing his skills. Chef Dante now thrives in a teaching environment, sharing his expertise and love for cooking with others.
