Create crowd-pleasing brunch favorites in this hands-on cooking class in OKC. Learn how to bake a cinnamon roll cake, prepare brown sugar peppercorn bacon and make fluffy cloud egg nests. Chef Nathan or a resident chef will guide you through each recipe with clear, practical instruction. This cooking class in OKC is perfect for anyone who wants to build confidence making brunch dishes they can easily recreate at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We actually had Chef Dylan and he was fantastic. The Chicken Gratin was delicous and we are eager to get the recipies to try at home.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.

My wife and I cooked with Chef Robert and his staff. My wife was so excited and we both really enjoyed making out meals and even added a few changes to what we buy for groceries when we found out how easy and wonderful making the pesto and vinaigrette were compared to what we used to use. We are both looking forward to taking another class.

Wonderful experience. Food and ingredients were well prepared for the evening of cooking. Instructions were clear and the chef's assistance and information was very helpful in making the cooking experience exceptional. The food was delicious. Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.

Overall, the class was really fun! In a way I wish it was a tiny bit more challenging. It felt like we did a few knife cuts, then took a break and then cooked a bit before eating. All in all, I wish it had been a bit more difficult or ""fast"" pace wise. The food we made was really good, except for the pad thai which was disappointing. Also would be super nice to make a dessert!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

Never received the written recipe to make this meal at home. 4 people had to share the workspace and the pan to cook with. No cutting or prepping was introduced. No tips or assistance to help with a good outcome, just a demonstration.
