Indulge your taste buds and expand your culinary repertoire in an environment that is perfect for meeting other singles that share your interest in cooking mouthwatering cuisine. Chef Clemence has both local and international experience in perfecting her craft and provides a warm and welcoming class environment that encourages creativity and exploration.
In this course, you will learn the process of creating such dishes as luscious parmesan risotto and saffron and farro seasonal squash risotto. From there, you will continue on to mouthwatering braised fennel and then top off your class with a dessert composed of a glorious rice flour chiffon cake with fresh seasonal berries.
Guests must be at least 16 years old to attend this experience.
Guests 21 and over are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Clemence was born in Paris and developed a taste for buttery, sweet and chocolate-filled pastries early in her life. And her love for chocolate has never waned. Her parents moved from France to Washington, D.C. where she perfected her chocolate chip cookie recipe. She studied film in Syracuse, New York, worked at Fox in L.A. for a stint before her friends convinced her to open a dessert company. Besides teaching, she also develops recipes and serves as a food consultant.
