You’ll build confidence with techniques like tempering and proper mixing. This cooking class in Melbourne offers a fun, hands-on way to master chocolate desserts from start to finish.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Dante was wonderful and the gourmet meal was both easy to prepare and delicious! The only change I would make is having a cut off time for late arrivals.
