What You’ll Do

Turn your date night into a bold Mediterranean feast for two.

Share great food and great company in this interactive cooking class in Darien. Learn to make a Mediterranean-inspired menu featuring sautéed shrimp, pine nut couscous, grilled zucchini and glazed lemon almond cake. Chef Royale or a resident chef will walk you through each dish, showing how to balance spices and textures for a perfect meal. This cooking class in Darien offers a relaxed, hands-on way to spend time together while learning new recipes you’ll both want to remake at home.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 18+.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
