What You’ll Do

Learn to make fresh handmade pasta and ravioli in this hands-on Italian cooking class.

Discover just how fun and satisfying fresh pasta-making can be in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Maggie. You’ll work with simple ingredients to create pasta completely from scratch, learning traditional Italian techniques step by step.

Start by mixing and kneading dough until it’s silky and smooth, then roll and shape it into rustic pappardelle ribbons and delicate ravioli. You’ll fill your ravioli with a rich ricotta and herb mixture and seal each piece by hand for that authentic homemade look and feel. To finish, Chef Maggie will guide you through a classic aglio e olio: a simple but bold sauce made with garlic, olive oil and a touch of Italian spice. The result? A cozy, comforting pasta feast you’ll want to make again and again.

Super fun experience, learning about Mediterranean "Science of flavors". Great time working and learning from Maggie and as she made it entertaining and educational. Amazing food and we will definitely do another experience with her soon. Will be recommending to friends.
