Join Chef Royale or one of the talented resident chefs in Darien for a cooking class filled with essential Italian favorites. Start with authentic spaghetti alla carbonara, followed by a light fennel and pear salad. Then, learn to prepare chicken picatta that’s juicy and full of flavor. Finally, indulge in chocolate budino topped with whipped cream, a dessert that’s as simple as it is decadent. This class in Darien brings together beloved recipes and hands-on fun, making it the perfect way to sharpen your skills. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

It was so much fun! Learned several techniques from Chef Miguel and the food was amazing. I believe the small class size helped. I would recommend this class.

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
