Share quality time in a cozy Tuscan cooking date night.

Join Chef Royale or one of the talented resident chefs in Darien for a Tuscan-inspired date night cooking class. Start with a pan-roasted steak accented by capers, fresh arugula and Parmesan. Hand-roll pasta dough and transform it into pappardelle paired with kale and walnut pesto. End the evening with tiramisu gelato affogato, a dreamy blend of coffee and dessert in one. This cooking class in Darien combines hands-on learning with romantic Italian dining. Whether you’re new to cooking or love spending time in the kitchen, you’ll create memories as rich as the flavors on your plate.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 18+.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious.
