What You’ll Do

Experience the charm of Italian cooking with someone special.

Join Chef Royale or one of the talented resident chefs in Darien for a date night cooking class filled with Italian classics. Begin with shrimp scampi served over homemade spaghetti, brighten the menu with a salad of shaved radish, fennel and herbs, then bake a golden pear crostata topped with fluffy whipped cream. You’ll also practice the art of making fresh pasta dough by hand. This cooking class in Darien combines romance, creativity and incredible food. Whether you’re new to the kitchen or seasoned at-home cooks, you’ll leave with Italian-inspired dishes and unforgettable memories together.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious.
