Join Chef Emily or one of the talented resident chefs to roast chicken with caramelized onion and preserved lemon, toss a carrot salad with cumin seed and feta and prepare fluffy couscous with mint, lemon and toasted almonds. Then work with phyllo dough to make pistachio bites with apricot syrup. This hands-on cooking experience in NYC covers all the essentials.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was… okay. But we all take home only 2 small croissants each.
