Chef Ryan brings a wealth of experience not only in baking but also in styling these decadent desserts to ensure your team’s creations look just as good as they taste.
In this sweet team-building workshop you will work alongside coworkers in creating decadent truffles in addition to three separate cookie recipes. Learn helpful baking techniques and explore different varieties of flavor combinations including childhood favorites like chocolate chip and sugar cookies. After all the baking and cookie decorating, be ready to toast to your colleagues and enjoy these delectable bites at the end of the class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

everything was amazing, we loved the class! It was very interesting and and the chef was very engaging, he answered all the questions we had and was comfortable to work with. We loved the experience and would defiantly do this activity again! Thank you.

Ryan was great! My wife and son's girlfriend had a wonderful time and learned a lot. Total hands on and the different desserts were spectacular! Would absolutely recommend.

Chef Ryan was fantastic! His chocolate skills are unreal and he is also a wonderful teacher. He made making three different kinds of chocolate desserts both easy and fun. I would book him again in a heartbeat.
