This was my second class with Chef Laura, and once again, it was a great cooking experience! She has a wonderful way of combining warmth and friendliness with a clear, thoughtful approach to cooking. I always appreciate how she not only shares plenty of helpful tips but also takes the time to explain the reasoning behind each step, which really helps deepen my understanding. The dishes we made were absolutely delicious !!! (Steak with Salad, Beef Empanada, and Lava Cake) —I can’t wait to recreate them for my family! I’m already looking forward to my next class with her. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to learn, improve, and have a great time doing it!
